NoCallerID
The ‘NoCallerID’ application is intended to allow you to make private or blocked calls in an easy and intuitive way without having to change your settings constantly. Effectively when you call someone your caller id will show up as ‘Blocked’.
Currently most iPhones are set up to show their number when calling people, so callers are effectively being screened when making or receiving calls. This can be of course changed via the following method within the iPhone OS - Settings -> Phone -> Show my Caller ID -> On (or Off)
The ‘NoCallerID’ app allows you to call anyone in your contacts list without showing your Caller ID. There is no need to change the settings of your iPhone. Simply launch the application, choose the contact to call, and the application will call your contact without showing your Caller ID.
If you already know the number you’ll like to dial, simply enter and dial that number within the application and ‘NoCallerID’ will automatically add the prefix.
The app is designed to work in the following markets:
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Japan
